Run by someone who actually respects creators
Hi, I'm Aaron Creamer, founder of Poshy Peach.
I'm not a middleman with a spreadsheet, or one of those managers posting flashy cars and fancy watches. I'm the guy behind the camera — a working photographer and videographer with 15+ years in online marketing, 10+ years shooting viral content, and 5+ years full-time in the adult content industry. Most agencies have never met their creators. Ours come to Tampa to shoot socials with me and the other Poshy Peach creators — flights, accommodations, and meals on us.
After years inside other agencies, watching talented creators get treated like products, I walked away and built Poshy Peach to fix everything I'd seen go wrong. Many of the creators I'd worked with followed me here.
My wife and I run this together, alongside a chat team of women who've been with us for years — not a rotating cast of anonymous contractors. It's a small operation on purpose: when you join, you get me, directly. Not an account manager thirty accounts deep.
